Get Connected!
Wellspring is planned and led by current and former Millsaps students who want to help first year students become active members of the Millsaps and Jackson communities. Be a part of this caring group of people and change the way you view serving your community

Serve!
Weekly service commitments give Wellspring students the chance to serve others by forming sustainable, mutually beneficial relationships with neighbors and community partners as well as fellow students. Weekly volunteer sites meet the interests of the individual Wellspring participant as well as genuine needs in the local community. In addition to each student's weekly service work, the whole Wellspring community comes together for periodic large-group volunteer projects that build relationships and cultivate fun.

Learn!
Each month Wellspring students come together to share a home-cooked meal, learn something new about themselves or the wider world, and reflect on their commitment to being engaged community members. These monthly gatherings create a framework that supports relationship building and leadership development so that first year students are equipped with the resources to become the next generation of service leaders.

Grow!
By serving together, we learn about ourselves while engaging the wider world with creativity and conviction. In the process, we grow in ways we never imagined. Join us!

Serve. Learn. Grow.
